Norlandia Eiendom AS and Norlandia Fastigheter AB runs and manages an extensive portfolio of hotel properties throughout Norway and Sweden, being responsible for the maintenance and commercial management of all built properties owned by The Adolfsen Group.

In Norway this amounts to 90,000 square meters, generating revenues of approximately NOK 40 million a year. The Swedish portion consists of 75,000 square metres with yearly revenues of approximately SEK 50 million.

Frode Karlsen is the CEO of Norlandia Eiendom AS in Norway and Per Torné is responsible for all the Swedish properties, while Kristian and Roger are the principal shareholders.
