Svanevågen Prosjektutvikling AS will be developing an area called Svanevågen on the tip of the Øygarden archipelago NW of Bergen.

The aim is to develop an integrated, professional concept to encompass a range of essential or desirable activities and attractions for residents, businesses and tourists alike.

The plans include a resort with a hotel, marina, residences and holiday homes and other businesses.

The first stage of the project to be completed will be the construction of sea-front holiday homes.
